So, here's a little story...

 I recently applied for the Director of Communications at Jive Software.   Sam Lawrence, Chief Marketing Officer, filmed a "Video Job Req" for the position.  It is about four and a half minutes long, but it basically has Sam outlining the job requirements.  Then he takes his camera and asks other folks what might be necessary to succeed in the role.  Finally he asks his kids, who have a lot of fun ideas and even drew some pictures of what this person should look like.   I thought it would be a fun and creative challenge.

While a "job application" can be inherently boooooring, I think it gets to be a lot of fun around the 2:30 mark.
